Sir Nick Parker
Chairman
Nick is the Chairman of Coote Capital having spent his career in the Army where he became a full General as Commander in Chief Land Forces. He was responsible for providing last minute security to the Olympics and was the most senior British officer in Afghanistan. He now works with McKinsey and the Blavatnik School of Government in Oxford. He is also a Director of The Military Mutual, Chairman of the Prince of Wales’s Step Up To Serve Campaign and is on the Board for the Invictus Games.
Nick Hyslop
Nick is the co-founder of Coote Capital and has over 20 years of experience in European Equities. He was Head of Equity Research for the Royal Bank of Canada in London having co-founded the European Equities business for RBC. He was on the board of Oriel Securities where he founded the TMT business. He has been highly ranked as an equity analyst for many years by Extel and Starmine and has extensive capital raising experience in both the Technology and Renewable sectors. Nick has an MA from Jesus College Cambridge.
Philip Turner
Philip is the co-founder of Coote Capital and prior to this was the co-founder of Krom River a Commodity hedge fund which grew to $1Bn in assets under management and won the Eurohedge 2008 best commodity hedge fund. Phil sold his position in Krom in 2008 and since then has invested in various sectors. Phil gained his MBA from UCT in South Africa in 1999.

Hamish McLean
Hamish is a Director of Coote Capital and has 25 years experience in Financial Services, the majority of it spent advising UK, European and Middle Eastern institutions on their European Equity investments. He has worked at Robert Fleming (now JP Morgan), Dresdner Kleinwort and more recently at Oriel Securities. He has substantial experience of smaller and larger company IPO and secondary fund raisings.
